Poll: Should brokers be required to have a ‘specialist buy-to-let’ licence?

Earlier in February, Mortgage Solutions reported that following the complexities added by the PRA changes to the BTL sector, Mortgage Advice Bureau is testing a different approach and is looking to establish a new licence for those brokers likely to be doing higher volumes in the sector.
