Ashmore joins from broker John Charcol and reports to managing director, Gemma Harle.
As part of the role, Ashmore will help shape Intrinsic’s mortgage and protection proposition.
Intrinsic last year launched a separate mortgage network to give greater focus and support to its advisers.
