Melton Mowbray Building Society has launched a product transfer service and a fee to intermediaries for these deals for the first time.
The service is available for both society and MBS Lending products and the Melton will pay a procuration fee of 0.25% of the loan amount for all fully completed product transfers.
“The society’s service is a clear reflection of our commitment to supporting our intermediary partners,” said Nicola Alvarez, director of sales and marketing at the Melton (pictured).
“Product transfers open up a new avenue for brokers and we will pay a procuration fee for helping us to look after our existing customers by transferring them on to our loyalty deals.”
