The system has been piloted with a number of brokers and has already received positive feedback, according to the lender.
The new portal is designed to make it easier for brokers to upload document from different devices, with full functionality for mobile and tablet users, including drag and drop uploads.
Other features include case tracking, updates and alerts and downloadable valuation reports.
There is also secure messaging in the system, which is designed to be as user friendly as possible, said BM.
Phil Rickards, head of BM Solutions (pictured), said: “Following a successful pilot we’re rolling out our new mortgage portal to all of our brokers.
“We’ve listened to their feedback and the new system demonstrates our ongoing commitment to the intermediary market and our desire to continue to enhance the experience for both brokers and customers.”
