Gatehouse Bank offers buy-to-let property finance for UK residents, expat and international clients.
The lender has no limit on the number of properties financed and offers enhanced procuration fees for portfolio landlords.
The deals have no early payment charges and finance provided on up to 80% of the property value, up to £5m, over a maximum 30 year term.
