Vantage appoints former Fitch CFO as finance director in bid for growth
Former CFO of Fitch Learning, part of the Fitch Group, has joined Vantage Finance, as the firm plans for 'ambitious growth' over the next few years.

James Hussey will support Vantage in measuring its financial success and helping the business achieve its growth plans.

He said he was excited to be joining an “energetic and dynamic team”.

Lucy Hodge, MD of Vantage Finance, said: “We’ve set out an ambitious growth plan for Vantage over the next few years, and to achieve this we need the right people on board to ensure we hold a steady course. James is a great addition to our team, with an invaluable history in c-suite [senior executive] roles, and I am delighted he will be involved in helping the business to continually improve our offering.”

Hussey’s appointment follows a series of new recruits to the business, after Vantage received investment from equity firm Chiltern Capital in May in a bid to boost growth.

In June, Vantage recruited former chief executive of Aviva’s life insurance business, David Barral as its chairman.
