Fleet Mortgages appoints BDM for South West

Le Bas held a range of business development and management roles throughout his career, most recently at conveyancing portal SortRefer.

He also worked for CHL Mortgages, Council Homebuyer, and Avco after beginning his working life in the Armed Forces. At Fleet, Le Bas will report to sales director Ross Turrell.

Fleet lends through intermediaries only. The firm recently tightened elements of its buy-to-let lending criteria in response to the UK’s vote to leave the EU.
