Positive adds BDM to team

Ellis (pictured) has worked in the short term property finance industry for 16 years, primarily for principal lenders. Previously business development manager at Goldentree, he also worked for Davenham Property Finance in the early 2000s.

Working with lenders across the UK, Ellis has a strong understanding of development finance and lender requirements for these cases. His appointment is part of ongoing expansion at Positive.

He said: “I’m delighted to be joining a highly experienced and successful team at Positive and have found their straightforward approach to finance very refreshing. Having previously worked for lenders I have an excellent understanding of their needs when looking at cases presented to them for funding. I believe this will be a major benefit to clients and I’m looking forward to building strong relationships with commercial and bridging lenders and their underwriters.”
