Oblix launches in Scotland
Oblix Capital is expanding it's proposition to offer bridging finance in Scotland.

The lender, which was founded in 2014 by property developer Rishi Passi, recently extended its funding lines with a new arrangement with Natwest.

Adam Powell, director of sales, said: “Following feedback and enquiries from our clients, we took the decision to expand our offering in Scotland to assist with the demand. We have been working hard to ensure that our products are in line with our clients’ needs and we are really excited to now offer our competitive bridging rates to the Scottish market. We look forward to working with our brokers and assisting them with their clients’ requirements in this area”.

It is the latest bridging lender to launch in Scotland following Bridging Link’s decision to move into the Scottish market last month.
