Brightstar promotes three department heads
Brightstar Financial has reorganised its business and appointed three additional department heads.

Jeff List becomes head of buy-to-let lending, Darren Perry (pictured) will lead the second charge mortgage team and Paul Debney becomes head of commercial finance.

The three join Gina Blagden who was made head of residential mortgages and William Lloyd who was promoted to operations director earlier this year. Kit Thompson is director of short-term lending

The distributor said it is refocusing the business to meet new opportunities in specialist property finance. Brightstar created a buy-to-let department earlier this year.

Bradley Moore, managing director of Brightstar Financial, said: “It’s always great to be able to promote internally and my new divisional heads have shown they have the expertise, desire and willingness to help me in my quest to drive Brightstar on to even greater things in the second half of the year and beyond.”

Brightstar has also entered into a partnership with new bridging introducer Bridging Loan Hub, which will act as an online introducer for bridging, development and auction finance.
