Fluent for Advisers expands sales team

The intermediary arm of second charge provider Fluent Money Group has appointed David Paton.

Paton has been at Fluent for five years, starting as a case manager and moving into the growing internal business development department two years ago as business development officer.

He had previously been a mortgage broker for twelve years.

Paton said: “As an ex broker I have a great understanding of the issues facing advisers when working with customers.

“Second charge borrowing can really help provide a compelling alternative for capital raising clients and I am looking forward to showing brokers where it can be the appropriate choice.”

Head of intermediaries Jeff Davidson added it was an easy choice to choose Paten to work with himself and fellow BDM Donna Johnson in taking the Fluent message directly to brokers across the country.
