The Loan Partnership sources and arranges second-charge mortgages, commercial and bridging finance.
The deal allows Paradigm members to work with and introduce to its advisers.
Paradigm Mortgage Services head John Coffield (pictured) said the network had been considering its specialist lending panel due to member demand.
“Advisers who work with specialist master brokers want to have confidence in the offering, want to know their clients are in safe hands, and effectively want them to provide a seamless extension to the business,” he said.
“We are looking forward to working with the team and helping our member firms explore the options that are available in these growing product sectors.”
The Loan Partnership director John Webb added: “We are extremely excited about the opportunity to team up with Paradigm, and we firmly believe The Loan Partnership will be a real asset to its members.”
