Kent Reliance joins Personal Touch panel
Specialist lender Kent Reliance has been added to Personal Touch’s mortgage panel.

The provider offers tailored solutions to clients with unique circumstances, focusing on borrowers who don’t fit the criteria of mainstream lenders.

Kent Reliance is part of One Savings Bank and offers a range of specialist buy-to-let and residential products.

Each case at the lender is manually underwritten within a flexible lending strategy.

Vikki Jefferies, head of propositions at Personal Touch said: “The average mortgage customer has changed significantly in recent years.

“Changes in the way we work and the way we earn has meant standard, one size fits all mortgages don’t work for every customer.

“Lenders like Kent Reliance are leading the way in catering for the complex needs of today’s borrowers and I am delighted our brokers will now be able to access their bespoke solutions.”

Specialist lender Vida was last month also added to the Personal Touch panel. This week it was announced that LSL is to buy Personal Touch in a £5m deal.
