Together and BFS bolster BDM teams

Keith Litherland has joined short-term finance provider Bridging Finance Solutions as regional business development manager for the Midlands and Wales.

He will be responsible for liaising with brokers, professionals, intermediaries and clients, supporting them through the provision of bridging loans and development finance.

Litherland will also attend auctions and property networking events across the region each month.

John Hardman, head of sales at BFS was delighted with the appointment.

“He is well known in our industry and has developed a reputation for diligence, in addition to taking a commercial approach to deals with a can-do attitude,” he said.

“His in-depth knowledge of this market, particularly across the Midlands, will be invaluable to him in terms of this new role which will ultimately support our own ambitious growth plans.”

Litherland added he was really pleased to join the team at BFS.

“I look forward to raising the profile of BFS across my territory, working closely with existing finance connections whilst exploring new opportunities,” he said.

Meanwhile, Together has appointed Toni Martin (pictured) as business development manager for London and the South East.

Martin has almost 15 years of experience working in financial services, with her last role as business development manager covering south London for Leeds Building Society.

She had previously spent 11 years at Mortgage Brain, maintaining relationships with brokers and corporate customers and leading training in mortgage sourcing and client relationship management systems.

Martin said: “I will be using my expertise to help intermediaries access finance for their customers across the region and working with networks, clubs and individual brokers to support them as we grow our business.”

Together head of field sales Robert Oliver added: “We’re delighted to be welcoming Toni to our team and believe her experience, skills and knowledge will benefit our business.”
