Roma Finance pushes growth ambitions with sales hire

Martin joins as Roma is aiming to significantly increase its lending volumes and she will be in charge of further field-based business development manager and office-based bridging specialist recruitment.

She will also be providing strategic leadership support to the current sales team including skills development, training and motivation.

Martin has more than 20 years’ experience in sales leadership, having managed teams in blue chip companies including Sky Sports and the RAC.

Roma Finance managing director Scott Marshall, said: “We’ve had several record months and to be able to announce such a high calibre appointment is terrific news for the company.

Martin added that she was very excited to be joining the firm.

“Roma has had tremendous success over the last few years and I aim to build on that and take lending to the next level.

“I’ll also be growing the national sales team to cope with the growing demand for Roma’s bridging and commercial products.”
