Exclusive: Precise to upgrade product offering next month

The lender confirmed to Specialist Lending Solutions that the changes were in the process of being finalised, as brokers hoped for innovation in the bridging sector.

Precise Mortgages can not yet confirm details of the changes, but managing director Alan Cleary (pictured) said: “We’ve got some fairly significant upgrades to existing product ranges in the next month.

“I think it is going to be well received as the changes we’re making are based on broker feedback.”

Brokers have told Specialist Lending Solutions they are particularly keen to see improvement in the bridging sector which has becoming increasingly active.

Alexander Hall director of lender relationships and new homes Greg Cunnington said there were “not enough options out there for people going to bridge”.

And he hoped there would be greater links between short and long-term lending options.

Brilliant Solutions managing director Matthew Arena added: “Growth in the bridging sector is coming from development and it’s also coming from those landlords chasing yield.”
