Poll: Brokers – Is the BTL market suffering from a lack of product quality and diversity?
While commenting on LendInvest’s recent launch of a buy-to-let (BTL) product, Ian Boden, sales director at LendInvest, said that the loans were created “to counter the complaints and concerns we hear from brokers about the quality and accessibility of BTL loans currently on offer.”

The BTL market has seen a period of volatility, yet the number of products has increased from 1,558 in May to 1,820 in November. This week’s Mortgage Solutions poll asks brokers whether you think the BTL market is suffering from a lack of quality and diversity in the products offered?
