Personal Touch Financial Services has selected MortgageSource from Twenty7Tec Group as an integrated product sourcing system which will be provided to members as a network benefit.

MortgageSource will be the only sourcing system to be integrated with Toolbox, the Personal Touch bespoke in-house CRM system. This integration will enable Personal Touch advisers to source mortgages and produce KFIs from within the Toolbox system itself.

The deal also means that all Personal Touch members will have access to a web-based version of MortgageSource from Twenty7Tec which means they can source mortgages from any device and any location.

David Carrington, Personal Touch sales and marketing director, said: “Having multiple technology solutions is important to promote choice and allow advisers freedom to select their preferred systems.

“However it can also be frustrating if a lack of integration prevents the creation of smooth data trails and causes problems for users having to remember additional passwords and security procedures. This decision to integrate MortgageSource with Toolbox, our own CRM system, will be a great step forward for members wanting a straight-through solution which seamlessly transfers and stores data – particularly at no extra cost as an inclusive member benefit.”
