2020 has seen the launch of our new intermediary focussed CRM system, 3mcView. The new platform enables mortgage intermediaries to access 3mc panel lenders from one initial decision in principle with API links to various specialist lenders including documentation and application forms for 28 different lenders without the need to rekey any additional data. 3mcView provides intermediaries with the ability to source both 3mc exclusive criteria and products including documenting the research.
A new 3mc intermediary website has been launched to enhance the intermediary’s experience when dealing with 3mc, detailing both the 3mc packaged service and introducer service available to intermediaries. The website has been designed to compare 3mc’s product and criteria offering when dealing with the same lender direct including access to 8 different lender onsite underwriters based within the 3mc office.
2020 is 3mc’s 24th year of trading within the business to business sector. During 2019 3mc processed over £2.2 Billion of specialist mortgage enquires. When dealing with 3mc you gain access to lenders with restricted access along with access to 3mc exclusives. The customer remains the customer of the intermediary and the intermediary is the customer of 3mc. The intermediary receives the market procuration fee as the lender pays 3mc a gross packaging fee which includes the intermediary’s market procuration fee. The 3mc introducer service is where you can pass the client to 3mc and 3mc will take over the advice and recommendation process in return for a percentage of the gross commission received.
