As a result of the latest government advice to avoid “non-essential” contact with others and “unnecessary” travel, we have taken the decision to postpone the Buy to Let market forum events which were due to take place in April. The welfare and safety of all of our delegates, sponsors, suppliers and colleagues is our top priority and with the uncertainty around how this situation will evolve over the coming weeks, we feel that this is the most appropriate course of action in the current climate.
This however, is only a postponement and we recognise that at this time of uncertainty, it will still be very valuable for you to have access to the leading Buy to Let lenders and a series of presentations that will help you navigate through the changing buy to let landscape, the evolving product criteria and availability matrix, and the challenges facing your landlord clients.
