Future Mortgages’ long-awaited interactive website will go live on 1 June, making the lender the first in the sub-prime sector to offer a complete service on the internet.

Michael Bolton, marketing manager at Future Mortgages, said: “Brokers will now be able to submit a client’s application online and then go back for case-tracking. They will also have their own personal fee account enabling them to monitor the fees payable.”

Brokers will be also able to download a hard copy of the lender’s literature or an application form.

The only part of the process that will not be transacted online will be the applicant’s signature, which is gained once the mortgage offer is sent out.
