Mortgages plc has announced it is to incorporate Pink Home Loans into its packaging panel, Premier Panel, writes Rachel Williams.
As a result, Pink and all intermediaries dealing through Pink will be offered access to a superior level of service.
Pink will join a panel of around 12 packagers. Commenting on the panel, Paul Howard, sales and marketing director at Mortgages, said: “All members of our panel get discounted and exclusive products and on new core products we give them an exclusive period.”
“On the service side we provide all members with an onsite underwriter. In a sense this brings our office to the packager and means we can make decisions very quickly as the application does not have to leave their office.”
