With reference to the letter published in September’s issue of Mortgage Solutions, regarding a company called Central Lending Services.
Ian Christlo’s letter was very interesting to Your Future Financial Planning Limited as we also are having trouble in obtaining commission owed to us by CLS and are currently taking legal action against them in the form of a County Court Judgement. We have been promised our 1% fee for months and have made contact with CLS on numerous occasions only to be palmed off with its in the post, or that they will have to re-issue the cheque as it seems to have been lost in the post! Finally they stopped even accepting our telephone calls, which forced us to take legal action, which will cost us money and will have no guarantees that we will ever received the money owed to us!.
