Legal & General has launched a guide for intermediaries designed to help understand the requirements of the Mortgage Code Compliance Board (MCCB). It covers both the fitness and properness requirements alongside the training and competence section. Intermediaries can also obtain details on the new rules, procedures, forms and checklists associated with the MCCB regulatory changes.
