Intermediaries can now print application forms, agreement in principle forms, buy- to-let brochures and product guides from UCB Home Loans, site at www.ucbhomeloans.co.uk. The new service, ‘Literature Zone’ will mean intermediaries will no longer have to rely on the post to access literature. Charles Reed, managing director of UCB, said: ‘The service is designed to speed up the process of providing documentation and information to intermediaries.’
