Future Mortgages has announced a series of discounts across its product range. The discount is 1.25% of all products until 30 June 2003, resulting in a rate of 5.25%. Brian Pitt, director of sales and marketing, said: ‘Offering these discounts is a new tactic for us and has been driven by demand from our introducers. They are among the most competitive rates in our sector and we expect them to be very popular.’
