From 1 March 2002, IFAs and mortgage brokers will have access to an individually tailored legal service via the internet at www.121legals.net, part of the UK’s largest independent network of solicitors. Intermediaries who register free with the site will pick preferred solicitors from a panel banded by price. The system will enable intermediaries to offer a quotation and conveyancing service to their customers.
