Britannic Money expects flexible mortgages sales to continue rising this year after seeing an 80% surge in sales last year. Research also found that 67% of introducers said daily interest was key to the increasing popularity of flexible mortgages.
Rachel Ramsden, head of marketing at Britannic Money, said: ‘Intermediaries are the best people to gauge the success of mortgage products and the research clearly shows consumers are choosing flexible mortgages over a conventional product.’
