Broker commissions payable by the Furness Building Society on products submitted through Pink Mortgage Club have been restructured. The new fee structure for standard cases is tiered according to the loan amount as follows: Up to £30,000 ‘ £100, from £30,000 to £60,000 ‘ £175 and from £60,000 ‘ 0.3%.
The Furness standard mortgage range includes cashback mortgages for first-time buyers, buy-to-let and flexible mortgages.
