Norwich Union has appointed Sun Bank to its mortgage club’s panel of lenders. The addition of Sun Bank takes the total number of lenders on the panel to 25.
Jon Round, head of mortgage development at Norwich Union, said: ‘The addition of Sun Bank to the panel increases choice for IFAs. Sun Bank has recently launched an attractive range of products, including a range of true self-certification products.’ Applications to Sun Bank through Norwich Union will receive procuration fees of up to 0.4% of the advance, with a minimum of £100.
