LifeQuote, the network of IFAs and mortgage brokers specialising in the life and protection market, has appointed Richard Verdin sales and marketing director. He joins the firm from Legal & General, where he was IFA sales director (protection).

Verdin’s responsibilities will include the continuing expansion of the firm’s market leading propositions, including new products, sales and marketing support and new commission styles.

Michael Ward, managing director of LifeQuote, said: ‘Richard brings a unique experience in intermediary marketing and all channel protection product development.’
