Mortgage plc has provided Guaranteed Homeloans and Mortgage Next with semi-exclusive access to a variation on their standard product range. The products include a two-year stepped discount of 1.25% to 1 August 2003, then 0.5% to 1 August 2004 (discount on standard range is 1.5% until 1 August 2003). Redemption fees are 8% of amount repaid in the first two years.
