Cheltenham & Gloucester is to waiver the administration charge for all remortgage applications received up to 31 August. The waiver applies to all products up to the relevant loan to value (LTV) maximum and can also be combined with ‘free legals’ on standard products making a typical remortgage to C&G fee-free again. Customers wishing to borrow more than £100,000 will also now see the LTV threshold on discount and tracker mortgage products raised from 80% to 90%. The administration charge has been reduced from £299 to £199.
