Bradford & Bingley has signed a new contract, which will give Mortgage Brain exclusive rights to provide the group with its sourcing software, writes Ben Marquand.
Bradford & Bingley is the largest provider of independent mortgage financial services in the UK, owning both the Charcol and MarketPlace brands. Around 1,000 of its advisers will be using the Mortgage Brain system.
Russell Gould, online development director of Charcol, said: ‘While accuracy, mortgage regulation and technological advancements within the mortgage industry are paramount, our assessment of Mortgage Brain highlighted they are both prepared for the future development and able to meet our existing mortgage sourcing requirements.’
