The Cheshire-based mutual, Vernon Building Society, is to use the ‘SDS
Maps’ mortgage application software in its nine branches. The system allows brokers to conduct product searches, create applications, track pending cases and view commission both earned and pending. It can produce pre-application mortgage illustrations and has been designed to be flexible with regard to compliance regulation.
David Eccles, systems manager at Vernon, said: ‘The system is easy to customise, which allows us to meet the changing needs of our business.’
