The Mortgage Business (TMB) has appointed Paul Graham as director of new business. Graham has worked for TMB for 11 years in several roles ranging from litigation to underwriting. He was previously senior new business manager.
Mark Bergin, sales and mark- eting director of TMB, said: ‘Paul is a key member of the TMB team and we are delighted he has become director of new business. He is an excellent ambassador for TMB. His communications skills and experience in business development will ensure he is successful in this new role.’
West Bromwich BS
West Bromwich Building Society has made changes to the board of its subsidiary, West Bromwich Mortgage Company, which is involved in acquiring mortgage portfolios.
The new chairman of the company will be Roger Smith, who is currently operations director of West Bromwich Building Society.
Gary Cowdrill, finance director of the building society, continues in his role as managing director of The Mortgage Company.
David Johnston, currently gen- eral manager ‘ marketing, Tony Dubberley, general manager ‘ sales and Tom Lynch, general manager ‘ finance, are all joining the board.
Roger Smith, chairman of West Bromwich Mortgage Company, said: ‘These changes to The Mortgage Company’s board show we have a top team in place with ambitious plans to ensure the company makes a significant contribution to our ongoing success.’
