Preferred and Cheval to bridge loans

Preferred Mortgages has teamed up with Cheval Property Finance to provide a bridging loan service for intermediaries. The partnership will see the provision of loans up to £750,000, with no minimum term.

Simon Biddle, marketing development manager for Preferred Mortgages, said: ‘This scheme is a deal saver which could mean the difference between an intermediary’s client completing on their purchase, or losing their deposit and their next property.’
