The AXA Adviser Network has launched AXA’s Mortgage Solutions, an integrated support package designed to streamline the transaction of mortgage business by brokers.

Developed using Trigold’s Prospector software, the proposition allows brokers access to mortgage sourcing and support and general insurance multi-tie products including life assurance, mortgage payment protection and buildings and contents insurance. There are five insurers on the multi-tie panel, and the system is backed up by full compliance support.

Keith Atkinson, managing director of AXA Adviser Network, said: ‘AXA Mortgage Solutions is the most comprehensive mortgage support package offered by any life office. By integrating all the key services that are involved in the mortgage sales process, we are providing an unprecedented level of assistance to advisers. As well as reducing costs for both the adviser and consumer, Mortgage Solutions provides a high level of flexibility and choice and is designed to enable advisers to make multiple sales with minimal effort.’

The mortgage sourcing and support side is being provided in conjunction with mortgage network and Mortgage Next. Separate to its main business, Mortgage Next will design and provide exclusive products for AXA’s advisers.

Martin Maynard, managing director of Mortgage Next, said: ‘With the changes to regulation and distribution, we feel that more companies will be forming strategic alliances.

‘I am confident an alliance with such a brand will give us real influence in the mortgage market. At a time of change in the industry it gives us a meaningful voice and an opportunity to have an impact.’
