The Council of Mortgage Lenders (CML) Scotland has produced a housing policy manifesto to coincide with the forthcoming elections to the Scottish Parliament. It hopes the proposals will stimulate debate and raise the profile of housing within the overall policy agenda.

David Chalmers, chairman of CML Scotland, said: ‘We hope this manifesto will carry that debate further and ultimately lead to some high-quality, strategic decision-making in the new Parliament.’
