Pink Home Loans has restructured its operations department into three regionalised teams. An operations team manager, who will be supported by a team leader and team members from underwriting, customer services and processing, will head each team up.
A mortgage desk service will continue to support the regionalised structure to ensure consistency. Key appointments have been made as part of the restructure including that of Dev Malle as head of operations.
Malle is overseeing the first wave of improvements and is being supported by three team managers ‘ Sarah Anderton, Louise Young and Deb Hall.
Malle said: ‘The improvements made by the regionalisation programme will mean Pink Home Loans will be able to build stronger and more mutually beneficial relationships with Pink Premier members. The newly-created team structure will result in improved access to decision-makers within the department.’
