Chelsea Building Society has launched a website for mortgage intermediaries.
The site provides a decision in principle within five minutes, and allows intermediaries to review cases’ status outside business hours.
Richard May, intermediary sales controller of Chelsea BS, said: ‘We have been striving to create a personal approach to working with intermediaries which has resulted in positive feedback and record business levels during 2002. I am sure the website will save significant amounts of time and give intermediaries an early indication of our ability to lend.’
The website includes mortgage product information, a facility to print up-to-date copies of the Society’s product guide, information concerning who to contact to discuss cases and how to make contact with local representatives, as well as email click-throughs to contact the Society online.
