Figures released by Key Retirement Solutions (KRS) have valued the equity release market at £85...

Figures released by Key Retirement Solutions (KRS) have valued the equity release market at £852m. However, it claims that an extra £688bn of equity is available to retired homeowners. As house prices have risen, the available market has also grown and KRS says available equity has increased by £77.5bn in the last year.
