Pink Home Loans

Trevor Tait has joined Pink Home Loans as business development manager for the North West region. His new role will involve developing new business opportunities, and building on existing broker relationships. Tait joins from Bradford & Bingley, where he held a range of high profile management positions since he started in 1985, including senior branch manager and most recently development manager, Manchester region.

County Mortgage Group

Mortgage packager and branded lender, County Mortgage Group, has announced the appointment of Paul James as compliance officer. James, who will be based at County’s Whiteley, Hampshire, offices has 23 years experience in the financial services sector, mostly as a financial adviser. His former employers include Barclays Bank plc, The Prudential, Black Horse Agencies and the Bradford & Bingley Building Society.

BAMC

Broker and packager, Best Advice Mortgage Centre (BAMC), has appointed Robert Palmer as its new sales director. Palmer will be responsible for leading BAMC’s national sales team and for exploiting new opportunities in the marketplace.
