Accord Mortgages, the new intermediary lender from Yorkshire Building Society, has finally opened its doors for business.
The original launch was planned for the end of March this year but was delayed due to unstable funding lines.
The lender is offering a range of fixed, offset and tracker mortgages, as well as a 100% professional mortgage loan and a number of exclusives, including an online-only product.
Linda Will, managing director of Accord, said: ‘The freedom to design the products that key intermediaries want has always been one of the main reasons for developing Accord Mortgages, so I am really pleased that our launch contains two exclusives. We are very happy to consider any propositions where the opportunity for volume exists.’
