Mortgage distributor Mortgage Next is to offer commercial products on the back of a deal with lender Commercial First. Martin Maynard, managing director of Mortgage Next, said: ‘The demand for commercial loans is growing quickly and an increasing number of advisers had been approaching us looking to obtain this type of product. Our agreement with Commercial First enables us to increase the range of products we offer intermediaries and more importantly makes it easier for them to offer clients a fast and efficient service.’
