Software and services provider, Marlborough Stirling, has launched Instruct by Net, a system automating the process for instructing lawyers and surveyors during the mortgage process. The system allows lawyers, surveyors and lenders to communicate via the same web-based system. Tasks are automatically allotted to the appropriate professional during the process. Marlborough Sterling estimates the system will save up to 25% of costs.
