Pink Home Loans has reported a 10% increase in the number of requests being made for broker commissions to be paid within 24 hours of legal completion since the beginning of the year.
Lisa Hurley, the firm’s finance director, said it was not surprising that the facility had become even more popular, with intermediaries needing to keep a closer eye on their finances.
She continued: “One of the roles of a network is to help their members manage their cash-flows and to accommodate the peaks as well as the troughs in their business submission levels.”
