The deal had nine hours in which to complete or the client, Mr. Raj, faced a potential loss of a deposit and fees amounting to over £400,000. He did suffer any loss as a result of Tiuta.
Gary Booth, chief executive of Tiuta, said it showed the nimbleness of a short term lender.
