Brokers will get access to financial products including pensions, bonds, annuities and share dealings through a partnership with online consumer trading platform All My Plans.
Customers will be able to buy financial products ranging from credit cards to motor insurance through a link with Beat That Quote. Brokers can earn extra money if their clients place business through this medium.
By joining LinX FS, brokers will also receive full access to sales and training events, free marketing support and regular group forums.
Phil Jay, director at LinX FS, said the business was set up for brokers who want to enhance their worth to clients by exploring every possible sales opportunity.
He added: “A challenging market has made it evident that brokers need to look further afield in order to realise the full potential of their new and existing client base.”
Simon Webster, managing director of Facts & Figures, said LinX FS would be helpful for
brokers who were unable to offer whole of market advice.
He added: “It should also help brokers who do not have the necessary personal contacts to refer clients. The ideal situation is still to get to know specialist independent financial advisers rather than refer online, but this is not an ideal market.”
