The online service is powered through the Omnii CheckIT facility.
Credit checks will not leave a footprint on clients’ credit files and will identify all loans and debts held by the client. Adverse credit information, such as any missed payments and CCJs, will also be revealed.
Brokers can also obtain an anti money laundering ID check and confirm the value of their clients’ property.
Eddie Goldsmith, senior partner at Goldsmith Williams, said: “The reports will save brokers a lot of time and prevent wasted effort, by giving them hard, factual information before they make a recommendation to a client.”
